One of the most important responsibilities of a state senator is being available to help constituents. That is why State Senator Li Arellano Jr recently hosted a series of impromptu Mobile Constituent Office Hours in the 37th District.
Last Tuesday, Senator Arellano brought his office to residents in the southern part of the district with stops in Peoria and Germantown Hills. He and his staff use these visits to assist constituents with navigating state departments, obtaining licenses, and answering questions, while also providing an opportunity for people to share their thoughts on state issues. These mobile events allow the senator to bring state government services directly to the people he represents.
Helping constituents remains Senator Arellano’s top priority. For those who could not attend, assistance is always available by visiting the senator’s website or calling their local district office. The staff can even coordinate in-person visits as the Senator travels the district each month.
